Double-layer 400T nylon construction
The shell uses two layers of 100% 400T nylon. The double-layer construction improves insulation, adds durability and helps the jacket maintain its shape during regular use.

The outer fabric is liquid repellent, helping keep liquids off the fabric, shed light moisture and reduce staining. The jacket is not waterproof and the liquid-repellent treatment is not intended as a substitute for waterproof protection in prolonged or heavy rain.

The main zipper uses THC hardware selected for reliable performance and consistent quality, providing a dependable front closure for everyday, outdoor and field use.
A dedicated zipper channel helps reduce direct exposure to wind and humidity around the front closure, adding another layer of protection in colder conditions.
Contoured fit and normal silhouette
The contoured back design follows the shape of the body more closely, helping the jacket maintain a comfortable fit during movement.
The regular fit provides room for everyday clothing and light layering while maintaining a clean silhouette suitable for urban, outdoor and tactical environments.
M.J.C. — Multiple Jacket Compatibility
The M.J.C. system (Multiple Jacket Compatibility) allows the Nucleus 2.0 to be used as an insulation liner inside compatible jackets.
This gives the jacket another role within a layered clothing system rather than limiting it to standalone use. When used with a compatible M.J.C. outer jacket, the Nucleus 2.0 provides an additional layer of insulation in colder conditions.
Compatible examples include the GEN V3 and Hurricane jackets.
Storage, dump pouch and packability
The internal pockets measure approximately 20 x 30 cm, providing useful space for documents, accessories and everyday items.
The pockets can also be used as a dump pouch when temporary storage is useful, making them practical for outdoor and tactical applications.
The jacket can be packed into its own pocket, making it easier to carry when temperatures change or when the additional insulation layer is no longer required.
