Trimming Instructions: To customize your Chuck Ratchet Belt to the perfect size, follow these simple steps:

On the back of the belt, use the ruler markings to find your pant size.
Add 4 inches to your desired size for the buckle carry, then cut along the marked line using a sharp pair of scissors.
If your pant size is close to the maximum size marking, DO NOT CUT. Try the belt on first and trim accordingly.
Insert the cut end of the belt into the buckles receptacle with the clamp teeth facing up.
Clamp the teeth down firmly and gently to secure the belt.
Feed the belt around your waist (left to right) through the buckle and click until snug.
The tip of the belt should extend approximately 3 inches beyond your first belt loop.
