Defected Product Policy

In case of a defective product, the consumer must return the product to our Authorized Dealer where he purchased the product with the original purchase receipt and within fourteen (14) date days of the purchase. The authorized Dealer will contact and return the product directly to Pentagon SA.

The consumer and the authorized Dealer ensure that the returned products are in clean condition and as they were purchased. The company will inspect the product. Only manufacturing defects on products will be exchanged. If the defective Article is out of stock you may choose a different Item.

Before returning any defective product, you may contact with the Production Department and send photographic material by e-mail that clearly shows the defection of the product and its overall picture. The above photos must also be accompanied by the proof of purchase and a brief description. All together will be sent to: customercare@pentagon.com.gr.

Surplus products have no warranty and cannot be returned after purchase.
