The Aurora 2.0 Puffer Jacket combines lightweight insulation with a clean, understated appearance that works naturally in the city, outdoors or in tactical environments. Its low-profile design avoids the obvious appearance of conventional tactical clothing, making it suitable for low-profile use where tactical or practical capability is needed without drawing unnecessary attention.

At the same time, it remains a straightforward cold-weather jacket for everyday wear, commuting, travel, hiking and outdoor activities. The same appearance that makes it useful in low-profile environments also makes it easy to wear as part of normal daily clothing.

The jacket uses a double-layer 100% 400T nylon construction, 170 g of insulation (in size M) and a 100% 400T nylon lining. Together with the hood, high collar and practical storage, the construction provides useful protection from cold while keeping the jacket relatively lightweight and easy to carry.

Double-layer nylon construction

The outer shell uses two layers of 100% 400T nylon. The double-layer construction adds durability, improves thermal insulation and helps the jacket maintain its shape during use.

The fabric is liquid repellent, helping shed light moisture, liquids and reduce stains. The jacket is not waterproof and is not intended for prolonged exposure to heavy rain.

The double-layer construction also extends into the hood, providing additional structure and another layer between the wearer and outside conditions.

Lightweight insulation

The Aurora 2.0 uses 170 g of insulation in size M, providing warmth without making the jacket unnecessarily bulky.

The 100% 400T nylon lining provides a smooth to the touch inner surface and works together with the insulation and outer shell to create a comfortable insulating system.

The combination is practical for cold-weather use while remaining manageable when worn for extended periods or packed away when conditions change.

Hood and collar for added coverage

The double-layer hood provides additional coverage around the head while helping the hood retain its shape.

The high neck collar extends that coverage around the neck and helps reduce exposure to cold wind. Together, the hood and collar provide useful protection without making the jacket unnecessarily bulky.

Protected front closure

The made in Japan main YKK® zipper, is fitted with a protective channel that helps reduce direct exposure to wind and light moisture around the front closure.

A built-in chin protector keeps the zipper hardware away from skin when the jacket is fully closed, adding a useful comfort detail during cold-weather use.

Comfortable fit and movement

The contoured back follows the shape of the body more closely, helping the jacket maintain a comfortable fit during movement.

The regular fit provides room for everyday clothing and light layering while maintaining the clean, low-profile appearance that makes the jacket suitable for both urban and tactical environments.

Storage and packability

The internal pockets measure approximately 20 x 30 cm, providing useful space for documents, accessories and everyday items.

The pockets can also be used to pack the jacket into its own hand pocket, making it easier to carry when the jacket is no longer required.

The internal pockets can additionally be used as a dump pouch when temporary storage is useful, adding a practical option for outdoor or tactical applications.
