The Aurora 2.0 Puffer Jacket combines lightweight insulation with a clean, understated appearance that works naturally in the city, outdoors or in tactical environments. Its low-profile design avoids the obvious appearance of conventional tactical clothing, making it suitable for low-profile use where tactical or practical capability is needed without drawing unnecessary attention. At the same time, it remains a straightforward cold-weather jacket for everyday wear, commuting, travel, hiking and outdoor activities. The same appearance that makes it useful in low-profile environments also makes it easy to wear as part of normal daily clothing. The jacket uses a double-layer 100% 400T nylon construction, 170 g of insulation (in size M) and a 100% 400T nylon lining. Together with the hood, high collar and practical storage, the construction provides useful protection from cold while keeping the jacket relatively lightweight and easy to carry. Why the Aurora 2.0 works Low-profile design for tactical and everyday use The Aurora 2.0 is designed to provide useful tactical functionality without looking like tactical equipment. Its design and regular fit make it suitable for everyday city use while allowing it to be employed in environments where a more discreet appearance is useful. This makes the jacket a practical option for low-profile applications, particularly when blending into an ordinary urban environment is preferable to wearing overt tactical clothing. Double-layer nylon construction The outer shell uses two layers of 100% 400T nylon. The double-layer construction adds durability, improves thermal insulation and helps the jacket maintain its shape during use. The fabric is liquid repellent, helping shed light moisture, liquids and reduce stains. The jacket is not waterproof and is not intended for prolonged exposure to heavy rain. Lightweight insulation The Aurora 2.0 uses 170 g of insulation in size M, providing warmth without making the jacket unnecessarily bulky.
