The Aspis Plate Carrier is a lightweight and adaptable platform for users who need to carry ballistic plates and mission equipment without unnecessary bulk. Made from 500D Cordura® Nylon with a laser-cut bonded MOLLE system, it provides a durable foundation for a wide range of tactical configurations. Designed around mobility and fit, the Aspis combines adjustable cummerbunds, breathable padding and multiple attachment points to provide a secure and comfortable platform during demanding operations. Why its built this way Durable 500D Cordura® construction The main body is made from 100% 500D Cordura® Nylon, providing a strong balance between durability, abrasion resistance and weight. The laser-cut bonded MOLLE system reduces unnecessary material and bulk while providing attachment points for compatible pouches and mission equipment. Built around the plate The Aspis is compatible with Level IV+ ballistic plates and features a specially adapted internal plate holder designed to keep the plate securely positioned during movement. The adjustable construction allows the carrier to accommodate different body types and sizes while maintaining a stable fit around the torso. Comfort during extended wear A 3D spacer mesh and breathable body-facing materials help promote airflow between the carrier and the wearer. Additional foam padding provides cushioning around the shoulder areas, helping distribute the load more comfortably and reduce shoulder strain during extended use. The combination of soft body-facing mesh, padding and adjustable components creates a more comfortable interface without compromising the carriers overall durability.
