FRAUD ALERT – IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to draw your attention to ongoing fraud attempts involving unauthorized third parties falsely claiming to represent PENTAGON® TACTICAL.

BE AWARE

• Fraudsters may impersonate Pentagon Tactical and send fake invoices or payment requests for trade shows, orders, or other services in order to deceive you into making payments to false bank accounts.
• There have also been cases of email spoofing, where scammers use the same display name as our official representatives (e.g. “Sales Representative | Pentagon Tactical”) but the email address behind it is different. Always verify the sender’s actual address by hovering over the sender’s name.

HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF

• Verify bank details before making any transfer. Always ensure that the bank information matches your past transactions or those listed on our official communication channels.
• Check the postal address on any invoice. Official Pentagon Tactical invoices originate only from Greece. If anything appears unusual, contact us immediately.
• When in doubt, call us directly. Before proceeding with any payment or transfer, confirm with your usual Pentagon Tactical contact or our sales department by phone.

IMPORTANT REMINDER

We never request changes to our bank details by email.

If you receive such a request, do not act on it and immediately verify its authenticity by contacting our customer service or your regular Pentagon Tactical representative.

Your security is our priority, and we appreciate your vigilance in helping prevent fraud.
